Mattamy Homes? (Apex, Welcome, Fairview: sales, new construction, estate)

Has anyone bought or have any experience with Mattamy Homes? Looking at Fairview Park in Apex and curious about your experience / thoughts on quality. The lots here are actually decent for new construction, but hard to tell what quality will be as it’s always hard to tell with the model. Thanks for any insight!

all I can say is they're $100K+ less than a custom builder.

Right. I get that they are not a custom builder thus don’t expect custom quality. A custom build in our desired location and size requirements isn’t in the cards for us. I just hadn’t heard of this builder before like all of the Lennars and Ryans in this area. Trying to get a feel for their reputation.
