Use care in buying any "farm-raised" seafood source from China.

Why? Friend of mine on a business trip to China saw excavations in smog-filled cities, line with a rubber membrane, filled with polluted rain creating a farm-raised seafood source.

Note:

Some seafood is caught in the sea and then sent to China for processing, then shipped to US.

It was from a farm, in the mountains, like North Carolina's commercially available freshwater trout. You can't commercially fish trout streams anywhere in the US that I'm aware of, and if it were legal it would be difficult to be profitable given the physical constraints of trout streams.

Harris Teeter shows on their website having whole Rainbow Trout (fresh farm raised.)
