Hello,

I am applying for 2 new jobs. One is located in Chapel Hill. The other in Cary.
If hired I would need to move quickly from another state.
All I need is a 1 bedroom, around $1100 or less. Nice, safe, quiet area for a single lady.
With more of a professional vibe to who lives there. Not full of college students.

Any recommendations on where to look???

Cary is a large town....whereabouts is the job (general area...like Tryon and US1 or Davis Drive corridor etc).

Chapel Hill being a college town will have students. Might want to look in southern Durham (Southpoint mall area) for a more professional vibe among residents. The $1100 or less might be more difficult.

Not impossible. I am on the edge of Chapel Hill right on the Durham/Orange county line and will be renting out my 2 bed 2 bath townhome/condo for $1250 starting in August (I already have tenant lined up; this is not an advertisement admins I promise!).... less updated units in this community will rent for $1100. Not a student-dominated neighborhood despite being on the bus line and only 5 minute drive to campus.
