That is true, everyone rightfully so brings up Apple, Google temporary space is also 17 minutes from my new place. It seems I am in a good position.

Thanks for the additional information

A Raleigh-based hotelier is planning a 7-story hotel in northwest Cary with eyes on incoming companies such as Apple to be a boost for local business travel.
It will be a landmark

If it's going to be a Hampton, as a business traveler I'd rather stay at the Courtyard at Parkside. Much more convenient to restaurants/bars.

Of course there's brand loyalty which is probably what they're going after.

Any 7-story building is outstanding in West Cary.

Right behind the Whole Foods building maybe? and then right in front of a bunch of apartments?

like m378 said, the Parkside location is way better but I guess if they are predicting the rooms get filled, then have at it.

Because it's way closer to where the campus will be. Theoretically it could be walkable depending on the layout of the campus.

^ Alston Ridge is not far away either, five more minutes drive. And it's much less crowded. Parkside have too many businesses in one district.
