Not sure why, but OP was looking elsewhere. Malls are the few places I have seen this. They are often for a charity vs profit for the mall.

Just kidding - I just avoid malls at all cost. Always have, especially during the holidays. But I'll go there if it comes down to charity versus non-charity.
