This new subdivision is on Forestville Rd. It sits between Stonewater and Bridgeport subdivisions and will tie into Marshall Farms St in Heritage South. Information about this subdivision is limited. There are 2 models going up, both with master BRs up, but their sign has also said ranch plans. Does anyone know anything more about this new subdivision?

Don't have much to offer other than being less than happy that it is going to tie into Marshall Farm.
Im just worried that it will turn my road (I live perpendicular to Marshall Farm) into a massive cut through with people driving 50 in a neighborhood full of kids.
Oh, one more thing OmY....I personally can't claim any expertise with builders, but my buddy used to do wiring in houses and he always talks about Pulte homes being....ummmm less than good.

I hear you - unfortunately towns (at least Cary) LOVE to connect neighborhoods to keep people off the primaries as much as possible.

We aren't too jazzed about it. Looks like they are on crawlspaces too. We would like to be in Heritage South but have not been successful!

Seems like WF is going the same route.
"hey lets not build roads that can handle the increased population or build a parrallel main road, lets stack multiple neighborhood cut throughs off of Forestville Rd so people can avoid the stop light at Rogers...which they will almost certainly race through to get onto Rogers and head into Rolesville"
Is this going to be a Toll Brothers community
- like Regency at Brier Creek CC, where we live, or the Regency in Apex?
