Just wanted to quickly check, is there anybody who moved from Boston or CT to North Carolina (Triangle area) but now regret doing it? If so what are your major reasons

The last time I looked at a map, North Carolina was also on the east coast.
These previous comments aren’t helpful. Just imagine an extra word in the title.
Having moved to NC from *elsewhere* on the east coast.
That said, it depends where in NC is being compared and perhaps the reason for the move. I moved from PA for work. No big cultural differences and my hobbies helped me meet locals. But that was before all those other people started moving in. Periods of population growth are different than more settled times.
