Mike, out of pure curiosity, if it's quick and easy, can you share what median was before this crazy market? Your knowledge of the timing is obviously more accurate than mine, so you pick a date(s).

Those houses were dirt cheap 5-10 years ago, 150-175k at most. Crazy.

That house was purposefully under-priced. I showed that one to my sister and her bf. Cute charming house could have easily been listed at $350k based on closed comps at the time.

I call these listings "false hope houses"

It was definitely built to a more moderate standard. But it’s actually a decent location and they have real years so I can see it becoming pretty attractive.

Not really. It's a short distance to 55 and US-1, plus down the road from downtown Apex. Good location imo.
