I would agree this could happen.

But... with higher interest rates people will be paying similar mortgages anyway.

Yeah....there's a house in my neighborhood that sold for over a million. I hope they plan on staying for awhile.

Ship has sailed in terms of lower cost housing for the area which was the Hallmark for the best lists...last chance may have been mid2020 maybe but when homes in Lochmere list for 500k sell for 680k then need another 100k+ in upgrades…wow.
