If you had to choose ,which would you pick to buy a house and why.You seem to get more bang for the buck in both these places, and from what I can see on the map they are both about 5 miles from Wake Forest.

I would choose Rolesville, because of it's proximity to Wake Forest(Should appreciate faster) and it will be closer to the everyday amenities than Youngsville. Also pretty good access U.S. 1 or 401 and now, 540.

Just keep in mind that Youngsville is in Franklin County not Wake. Different schools, taxes...everything. This doesn't have to be a bad thing (though Franklin County schools are not on the upswing from what I hear) but just keep it in mind when you read the boards.

I would say rolesville as well....They have a great park close to downtown that they are expanding, there is definitely a lot of growth in the area. They are building a new elementary school as well. Seems like there are a number of new developments popping up and as someone else said, better access to 540 now.
