The concept was great; made to order! A little pricey, but not outrageous.

I agree the location had to have been a huge factor; way too little impulse traffic. The economy didn't help either.

What they are closing.
I loved their summer special of a donut and ice cream.
I can understand why, honestly their location stunk. Now if they opened up in North Hills they might do good.
