I am in my dream house now. All my previous homes have been my dream house, at the time. Problem is, I keep having different dreams. Then it's off to find the next dream house. I am not sure I will ever stay in any house ten years. There is always something new to discover and enjoy.
It's a 1960's brick home settled on .82 acres located off Spring Forest Road just before Millbrook High school. Up until 5 years ago the house sat on several acres but it was subdivided and a few new homes were built around it.
I don't have a picture. I was in the home when it was for sale about 2.5 years ago and I fell in love with everything about it. It had the perfect layout, the perfect yard, it was my dream home. The sad reality is I'm a high school teacher and the home sold for $350k in 2006. My salary of $32k will never allow me to even think about owning that home, unless I win the lotto.
Well, I found a new dream house. There is a new listing for a rennovated 1925 Bungalow in Oakdale on Holden Street and it has the "must have" screened in porch!
When is the next powerball drawing?
