Ashfield Place, from what I could find on the web, has BIG, 2-story houses! First, I want a one story, possibly story & half. not nearly that large! but, thanks.
Try Latta Woods. Smaller than Ashfield and they have story and a half houses.
With any new-ish construction, all I've seen around town are at least bi-level. It lead me to believe that the single level style of home isn't popular any longer. Anyone care to elaborate?
