Some friends of mine suggested Dr Larry Moray DDS for my dentist, I need to have some major work done and I was wondering if anybody had any feedback about him and his office staff. He has 3 office's. 1 in Raleigh,1 in Cary and 1 in Wake Forrest. Thanks Alot Randy

I knew Larry as a kid in NJ. He and my sister went to school together (think it was like 4th grade?) Weird to see this post!

Is this the same guy now in Chapel Hill? If so he's at Happy Tooth and we have seen him a few times and no complaints yet. So I'm hoping we will continue with a good relationship. Only thing is parents really don't have much interaction with him.

Yes I have feedback. My daughter went to see him a few years back for braces in the Cary office. We really liked Larry Moray during our initial consultation but really only had him once as her orthodontist. Once her braces were put on by Dr. Moray all future adjustments were done by his staff and not very impressed with them at all. Dr. Moray would look at her mouth on occasion but sometimes he was too busy or not in so that discouraging. The office staff was terrible at the time. Rude was just one word that came to mind. Things got worst after my daughter was out of her braces and had to go in for retainer checks. The retainers they made her didn't fit and instead of sending them back in and having them remade they had made their own Tru-Tain type of retainer. They didn't last a month and when we asked them to fix the original retainer they wouldn't. I would NOT recommend Dr. Moray or his office for any service.

I would never recommend Dr. Larry Moray or any of his associates to *anyone*. There are too many excellent dentists in this area who practice independently to have to resort to a "chain" like The Happy Tooth.
