I personally like the location (close to shopping, schools, etc) and the drive is not bad to downtown Raleigh. It will depend on the time of day you are driving. I would say about 20 min. (due to stop lights and traffic). It is a pretty straight shot to Downtown by traveling on Six Forks then onto Wake Forest Rd, etc. There are other ways you can go depending on where you are traveling downtown. The development is high end and is taste specific for many. It has taken quite a long time for the development to be built out because it takes a particular type of person to want the Charleston Sytle type homes on smaller lots.
