I keep seeing this name when I search for a rental home in Durham. I hear it's a new subdivision? Anyone know anything about it, good or bad? Thanks.

I know nothing about that particular subdivision. Personally, I'm not thrilled wih the eastern Durham County area over by Falls Lake. There is a wonderful new public library out there, but the closest shopping is really Brier Creek. That said, eastern Durham County (east of US 70 and US 501) is expected to boom in population in the next two decades, and there are many, many new subdivisions going out that way. The Brightleaf subdivision further down US 70 is quite nice.

Thumbs up Like it

I live in the Ridgefield community. I like it, the neighbors are friendly but they are not the noisy type that keep a watch out the front window. Restaurants and shopping centers are 10 to 15 mins away. It's quite. And the commute to areas like Duke in the mornings are painless.
