There are newspapers scattered all over Gresham Lake Rd.

Is it just a coincidence that today was RECYCLE day or do the RECYCLE pickup vehicles carelessly dump newspapers all over the place and just don't care enough to stop and clean up their mess?

(question disguised as a little rant)....

I've seen this from time to time in difference places around town. I thought it was morning delievry people with a pickup or open truck who didn't tie down the load well. Never thought about recycling trucks.

I saw the same thing last night on the street I live on when I came home. I think some papers might have blown out of someone's recycle bin, since they were all sitting along the curb for this morning's pickup.
