We are considering Saint Michael and Saint Mary Magdalene for our two children but have limited exposure or information on those two schools.

I was wondering if anyone had any experiences they would like to share?

thanks in advance.

I took a school tour over at St. Mary Magdalene and absolutely loved it. They seem to be a very nurturing and close-knit family. I attend mass there and although they do not have a church, it is in the auditorium, it is a very nice mass. I don't know much about St. Michaels, but they seem to have a great reputation. The church is beautiful, I was there for Ash Wednesday and the priest seemed humble and pious. I don't think I was too helpful..............

My son is a 7th grader a STMM (St. Mary's) and would highly recommend it. St. Michaels is, I believe a bit more difficult to get in, but to be honest I would take St. Mary Magdalene over St. Michaels. The school is extremely well run, they encourage the kids to do their best and make it enjoyable in the process. The parent involvment is great and has a wonderful athletic program. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your feedback.

What do you think of their academic program? What is the level of homework that is required.

Thanks in advance.
