Went over there a couple of days ago to and it's a ghost town. Only like 3 or 4 shops open other than the Whole Foods. And Spartacus??? When did that place close down?

saw signs about an upcoming renovation, but all of the signs are faded so I'm guessing that never happened.

To bad there is no justice in this world. The state should seize the land and put a the waste treatment plant that Cary wants to push on New-Hill right there at Waverly Place. Fair amount of the treated water could then be easily pumped right back into Cary for irrigation.

Yeah because that makes so much sense.

There was a slight possibility for a D&D. Now, I'm bummed.

Except that our state is run by rational, intelligent people who are actually trying to decrease their own authority to seize land for ridiculous, inefficient schemes like the one you have presented.

Waverly Place brings back so many memories.....I will be sad to see it go. My sister's first job was at the theater. Waverly was my first hangout spot

It looks like "Planet of the Apes 5" should be filmed there.

I drove by Tryon and Kildair farm and notice something going at Waverley Place. Do any of you have any information about this? Are they going to totally rebuild the whole thing or just some remodeling?
That area is very high end, they should build something like North Hill or even better.

Thank you,

I was actually wondering about this yesterday - was over that way, and it looked like they might have done more on the 'inner' portion, but it's a bit difficult to tell! Haven't heard anything since they stopped work a while back....
