Looking for real estate agent that specializes ITB (Kittrell: real estate market, houses)

Can anyone recommend an agent who is intimately familiar with the ITB real estate market, and who has a proven track record of buying and selling homes in the area.

I know several. You need to deal with YSU(now Prudential/YSU) or Hodge and Kittrell. Those companies have served and dominated the in-town market for a long time. I will DM you a few names later. They both have many agents that know ITB very well and rarely sell or list houses anywhere else. It is a unique market unto itself.
