We are headed out at 7:00 tonight with checkbook in hand. Hopefully this house will be there when we get there and will be good. We found 3 in this neighborhood, but by the time the Realtor called (less than a day) one was already gone. It's like they were giving them away or something. People are absolutely flocking to buy these starters.

We beat out another buyer on another house. We are under contract. What an experience. I am always positive about this area, but even I did not realize just how hot the entry level housing market is here. Glad we finally snagged one. Let's hope everything goes well through closing.

We had the inspections done today and passed with flying colors. Now it's just a waiting for closing game. We can't wait.
