Just loking for some first hand info from anyone in the field, so that I can compare to my past experiences here in NY. I'm really just looking into an alternative temporary profession keep me afloat while looking for a job if i move down there. I know it will be hard to get a job in my current profession (Corporate Analyst) so I was thinking of getting into what I used to do to make money for a while. What are the best kind of restaurants and how's the money? Will probably be loking in the N.Raleigh to Downtown areas, as thats all I've experienced first hand.
