Ok, I need the good, the bad, and the ugly on this neighborhood and surrounding area please. After searching high and low all over Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay Varina, we have found what we think is the perfect house for us. So please everything you know about the area, shopping, places to eat, whatever you know. Thanks

We just bought a home in Fuquay - though I don't know that specific area.
I can tell you we love the town, people and our home.
We moved to Fuquay-Varina in November, 2005. We live in the Woodchase community. It is the best move for my husband and me. If you like what you see just keep it in prayer and see where you are to go. That is what we did. If you move to Woodchase give me a buzz. MaBear
We have friends who live there and like it. They say the pool is hardly ever crowded. One couple has two young children and the other are retired. HTH.
We live here and we really like it. Lots of families with little ones, and yes, the pool isn't always full, especially with the kids going to the year-round elementary school down the street.
I can't believe this thread came back to life, after over 2 years. I had to back out of my offer in Woodchase, June 2007, after my buyers backed out on me. I really did love that house. I still think about that house.
I ended up buying new construction in Knightdale. And thats a whole different topic.
For what it's worth, Woodchase has beautiful homes.
