Hi there -- saw this as an incoming link on our web site stats!
We have our investors and build-out is a go. We're considering raising a bit more money to do all that we want to do, but we're not waiting on anything.
Happy to answer any questions you might have!
BTW, it's Fullsteam (as in full steam ahead). Fullstream is after three of our beers.

Sorry about that ! Thanks for sheding some light, I live very close and I hope you guys are going to have tours, as I will come often and drink the beer! Are you guys currently brewing in another location at this time?
We're brewing out of our home right now. Others call it "homebrew" but we prefer to call it "Artisan Batch Reserve."
In all seriousness, we've had some great events and previews of our beer at around a dozen events, but our focus right now is getting the big system set up.
We'll have tours for sure, but perhaps just as important to note, we'll have an on-site tavern, where we plan on serving pies. Yep, pies. Hand-held meat and veggie pies called "bullies."
Fullsteam will also have a small entertainment venue for movies, music, etc. I just bought a bunch of seats at the old Carmike Cinema in North Durham.
You can read about this on http://fullsteam.ag...but just to mention: our niche is "Southern ag" brewing, taking local farmed ingredients to make a distinctly Southern beer style. We'll have a bunch of traditional beers as well to supplement our experimentation with rhubarb, sweet potato, scuppernong grapes, even kudzu.

See? It's always a good idea to get the word straight from the horse's mouth instead of second hand from a guy who heard something from another guy. . . . . .and both were drinking beer at the time
T|K, we'll have more (free) tasting opportunities in the coming months as we build out. If you stop by, be sure to introduce yourself!
To anyone who listens to the podcast...just for the record, I don't have anything against pumpkin beer! Not sure where that came from!
