Anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably priced granite and backsplash vendor to go to - we would like to upgrade our kitchen. Prices seem to vary so much and I have no clue what company is good or not. Thanks!

My friend used Stone World in Cary. We have not used them, but she said they were very satisfied and her husband did tons of research on quality verses price and Stone World came out on top.

The Polished Edge. A number of us here have used them, myself included. They did awesome work.

I put a couple pics up in this thread.

SCHNEIDER STONE! Hands down is the best. Largest selection of remnants (leftover pieces) probably in the state. They have the ability to match other quotes, and their staff is extremely knowledgeable.

You can call Patrick up there at 9198150204 to get you started.
