I was just wondering what the typical crowd might be in Glenwood South on a Sunday night? My wife and I looking for something to do and see in the area.

Bars: everything from sports bars to lounges to "fancy" clubs with bouncers in suits at the door.

Food: everything from Italian to Tapas, to steak.

Crowd: I find there to be a decent age range in the crowd depending on what time you are talking about.

What are you looking for?

Sundays are becoming increasingly popular, especially in the Summer months. That said, expect the crowd to range dramatically from 20s'-50's. I live in the Glenwood South and usually go to the RedRoom Sundays for dinner because they serve half price tapas. For about $10 per person, you can really eat a very nice dinner!
If the evening is nice, hit Solas rooftop for after dinner drinks. It should be low key but nice on Sunday night.

My wife and I aren't partiers/clubbers,but we do love crowd watching and people-seeing! We just want somewhere to hang out on the Sunday night we will be in Raleigh.

We stayed in Raleigh last year, but I didn't do any homework on the place. We wound up just riding around going nowhwere for the most part. I left feeling we missed out on a lot of things.
