I apologize if this has been asked before. It is basically in the same shopping center that has the HT, Spring Kitchen, Carini's, and a bunch of banks. It looks like a building is going up, but did not notice a sign saying what will be coming.
I shop at that HT often and asked the store manger what is being built (as I could not find a sign). He told me that he had walked over to the site foreman and inquired about what it is. The foreman stated that he was not at liberty to discuss it. How odd!!
My guesses were a Jiffy Lube type establishment or a fast food restaurant. Whatever it is, I am assuming it will call a raucous and that's why they are being so secretive.

It's strange that there are no signs advising what is coming. When I googled Town of Cary planning I found the attached plans but again they don't mention what the purpose of the building is, and the 'client' has the anonymous name of 'HT- Cary Park #1, LLC'. The contact person on the planning submission is Andrew Wagner and his telephone is 919 840 8040 if anyone really wants to know from the horses mouth
From the plans you can see the building has a drive thru with a service window so I would suggest that fast food restaurant or dry cleaners. Whatever it's purpose it looks a big building
