I took a few pics today to try and represent the feel of the Sub Division for the people who have posted an interest.
I have posted them on a Picasa web album at:
http://picasaweb.google.com/stevelee...nchantedOaksSD

If anyone has problems accessing them pse let me know and I will upload them a different way

Enjoy

Thanks for posting the pics!
How old is this SD? Looks like there are some *older* homes mixed in w/ the new construction.
What's the price range?
Whereabouts in Raleigh?

i think that the earliest builds are from @1992, but don't quote me!
It is west of Lake wheeler and South of penny Road/Yates Mill
The cheapest prices i've seen recently are just under 400k. The new Builds are on a new area called Commonwealth, which is In the center of EO, carved out of a wooded area. These are 500 - 850 , I believe.

In the section I live in (Birchleaf Drive and other courts) most homes are from the 1980s. In the section from Blue Sage Dr, Enchanted Oaks Dr. and streets off of them are from the 1990s (maybe some of Blue Sage is late 1980s). In my opinion the older section is much nicer than the newer, but just IMO.

What a pretty neighborhood! I saw a couple of houses that I would love to call home.

Thank you for taking the time to post those pictures Steve54! They are just great!
