Hi All,

I am new to the area and my husband and I looking for a new home (new construction) in the mid-200's. We are finding an abundance of builders with little information on any to help make the decision. Two neighborhoods that I like are Dayton Woods in Raleigh and Summerset Place in Clayton. Does anyone have any experience with the builders in either neighborhood?

Any input you can provide is much appreciated!

WParker

Did you buy finally in Dayton Woods or Summerset Place?
I am wondering if you got the answers to your questions
because they are the same as mine, but almost a year later.

We recently bought from Comfort Homes and are very satisfied. We are not in either of the developments mentioned above, but we are in a Clayton Development where Comfort Homes builds many houses.

We have had no problems at all so far and they were very good to deal with.

Thank you for reply.

I am wondering if you ever consider buying a home in the
Swift Creek area and then find a better deal in Clayton
and choose to live there.

Any comments will be appreciated.
