Are you planning to go to the Raleigh Wide Open downtown celebration? I have been to it in previous years and had a great time. Lots of great music all day on three different stages. Tons of festival and local food vendors and a beer and wine tent. The fireworks at the end of the event alone are worth the trip in my opinion. Check out the website for more information: Raleigh Wide Open 4

^^ looks like it is just me and you!

I hope the rain doesn't scare too many people away. It is a great event. I might need to bust out my camera.

I was going to go this morning, but I'm letting the rain scare me away. It looks like the weather should clear up around dinner time, so I might come out then!

It was awesome! I am so glad I went and didn't let the rain keep me away. Had a great dinner at "The Big Easy" and really enjoyed the music and people watching. We will go back next year!
