I agree with those who suggested photobucket.com. That is the site I use to post pictures here and it works great. I also like to upload my photos to my Google Picassa Web Album (Picassa is a free program you can download from Google). I like the ease of use of picassa and the fact that you can provide direct links to a specific album. Good luck with your Clayton project!
Also you can download Flock which is a great program if you have a lot of pics to download. Works great in conjunction with Photobucket. http://www.flock.com/
I would just love to see any pictures you can take! I just went into contract at Cobblestone Point, right on Champion, and would LOVE to see any pictures of other parts of Clayton! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Hey neighbor!!!
I'm in the Anderson homes in Cobblestone! Welcome to the neighborhood!
Keep sending me requests! I'm going to start hitting the town tomorrow or Wednesday, and going on throughout the week.
If anyone has any Clayton questions, feel free to post as well.
I'm a resident at the Anderson homes in Cobblestone, but there are several folks on here at all different kinds of subdivisons, someone on here will be able to answer your questions.

Yeah...I'm in the Tafton S/D which is the Archer Lodge section of Clayton. Official town name is Wendell but only because our mail is farmed out to them...we're Clayton schools and property taxes. You can mapquest Tafton Drive in Wendell to see the location compared to other Clayton addresses. We're near Flowers and go to the same elementary school, River Dell.
I think you can mapquest Champion Drive for Cobblestone, right Heather?
I can snap some photos as well, of my area if anyone wants.

Anyone know of new communities being built in the 220K or less in Clayton. I have been looking and working with my realtor, looks like things are starting to jump. I was looking at one home and the price has went from 215K to 225K in one week! I can not buy until my husband gets a job offer which will be in August. Do you think the prices are just going up because houses sell easier in the summer?

Yep!
Its East Champion St. Right off of Hwy 70 East, just take a right at the Burger King. Cobblestone is right across the street from Smithfields and right next door to McCalls.
If you need me, I'll probably be at one of those two places stuffing my face.

I think alot of houses sell for that price out here. I bought my house for around $210. Maybe we should start a Clayton Subdivision thread?
There is a really, really, really nice neighborhood off of 42 right next door to West Clayton Elementary called "Ellington".
I drove through it while I was looking at houses, such a nice friendly place. Its older homes (built back in the 1990's) with lots of trees.
West Clayon Elem is an EXCELLENT school too.
Its also right across the street from the bowling alley and skating rink. Oh, the junior high is around the corner as well.
