I have several 5 gallon and one gallon partial paint cans leftover from my house being built. Does anyone know of hauling service that would pick them up and bring them to the paint disposal center or if someonee can use them that would be even better. They are only about a year old and are mostly neutral colors.

I have left messages for a couple of the trash haulers who advertise online but haven't received any return calls.

Thanks

what county are you in? Wake has 'paint day' where you can drop off paint cans @ the dump (the ones with paint in them). If you have empty paint cans, then just open them up, let the paint dry and dispose of in trash. I think paint day is first sat of the month? i could be wrong - it has been awhile. Don't forget to save some of the paint in a glass jar for touch ups (if you kept the same colors)...

Have you tried posting them on Craig's List? Put them in the "Free" forum and I can almost guarantee that someone will come calling.

Thank you all. Someone who could user the paint picked it up last night. I'm glad it can be put to use instead of ending up in a landfill
