Has anyone seen any "for rent by owner" signs in their neighborhood, either in the beltline or in N. Raleigh? Please PM me. I don't need exact addresses, just street names/intersections. Have looked at almost everything in the MLS and so far, nothing fits. We're only in town for two more days home-scouting, and we're starting to feel pretty discouraged.

did you try a paper copy of the N&O? Saturdays are the big real estate edition.
I tried looking on their site but they stopped publishing their print edition classifieds...and the search function sucks.
I think I've seen a couple on Pleasant Valley Rd just down the hill from the Gold's Gym that say "for rent"--but I don't know if they are "by owner" (I usually presume so, with a single-family house).
I live ITB near Lake Boone/Ridge Road. There seem to be tons of houses for rent around here. Not sure if they "fit" your needs. Do you have specific needs re: size, budget, etc?
