am trying to think of the name of a place in Raleigh ....

when your driving down hillsbrought street past the fairgrounds you go past the light... on the left is the NCstate Vet school right next to that is a kinda of building like a clubhouse but i forgot the name .. something like hunting or something they have a Big parking lot. I have to have the name.

i believe you can rent party rooms what i don't understand is for NCSU ppl only ?

It is the NCSU Faculty club. it belongs to the university,a nd that's why only NCSU people can book there. It's private, kinda like a country club.

Technically, it is no longer the Faculty Club. It became the University Club years ago. They had to open it up to get more members -- not enough faculty were joining.

Yes, you would ahve to join. Membership is only open to NCSU Faculty/staff/alumni and Centenial Campus Employees.

I am not sure you have to be a member to have a banquet there. Your best bet would be to call. However, know that it is under construction right now...total revamp of the meeting rooms and ballroom, but it should be done soon.

Pretty sure you have to be a member according to article 2 of their bylaws:
