Looking to relocate this summer and looking to rent for a year before committing to buying a house. We are looking for a townhouse in Morrisville. Does anyone know anything about Crabtree Crossing? Any other suggestions? We are planning to visit in May to look and secure a place. Also, from all I've read it looks like the schools in Morrisville shouldn't be affected directly by the changes with the school disctrict -- is this true? Our son will be entering 1st grade next school year. I know there are year round and traditional options but when does the school year officially start?

Any help would be appreciated!!

That is a very smart move! Although my wife and I absolutely love Wake Forest we wish we had rented a year before buying.

I don't have any first hand knowledge of the Crabtree Crossing townhouses, but last night I saw an episode of "House Hunters" on HGTV that featured a Raleigh couple who lived in what I think was Crabtree Crossing and where looking to move to a single family home after the birth of their first child...
