Hi all
Did a search but didn't see many posts on the Olde Raleigh neighborhood near Duraleigh and Edwards Mill (Behind the Harris Teeter shopping center plaza).
We know its a gated community complete with HOA, community pools, activities, etc. Appears to be a very nice area. The neighborhood seems very centrally located - 10 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Crabtree Valley, 5 mins to 40. 15 mins to airport, etc. The homes look quite nice - some well into $1M+ but others much more affordable.
For those that are familiar- any thoughts, comments and conjecture about the neighborhood and area in general would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Raleye

Great neighborhood. Pretty high end...a lot of local docs seem to live there.

Love the area. I've been in a couple of the houses over the years (and yes, they were all doctors!) and they're all lovely. I personally love thatside of town, it's convenient to everything.

Nice neighborhood, great location. I wouldn't want one that is right off Duraleigh, but short of that, you can't go wrong.
