This may be a silly question, but I have to ask...

If given your choice, and the weather was nice all weekend, would you prefer to do an Open House on a Saturday or Sunday? Or would both days be optimal?

Thanks.

Easy choice for me - NEITHER! Open houses are generally a complete waste of time.

I'd much prefer Saturday. I wouldn't go at all if it was on a Sunday.

It seems to me like most Open Houses are on Sunday afternoons either between 1-3 PM or 2-4 PM. So if I was planning to go to some, I'd assume it would be on a Sunday afternoon. But maybe this is a regional thing.

Could you have an Open House on both days?

Yeah, looks like both days will be the plan. Thanks to everyone who answered.

If you have the right agent, any day is a good day for an open house. Successful open house agents can get a lot of people in on Saturday or Sunday (barring some other local competitive event, like a football game) and I know a couple that have them in the evenings during the week.
