I would like to become a real estate broker in Illinois. I've been on a couple websites and there are dozens of schools that offer the courses. Does anyone have a recommendation for the best school (in terms of value for the course) in Illinois? Should I be looking at a community college, a program through a brokerage or a private institution? It seems that many school are on hiatus given the change in legislature. Im very interested in a timely program that is flexible in schedule and doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Im looking to get started right away.
