I can partially answer your question, and it depends strictly on where in Cave Creek* you live. Cave Creek is very diverse being made up of a large rural area and of planned developments like Tatum Ranch, Dove Valley Ranch, Colina Del Norte and others. The developments will have access to Cox Cable and Century Link. Cox provides the highest speed connections, but is also the highest cost.
If you move to one of the more rural sections of Cave Creek it will be hit or miss between Cox, Century Link or one of the wireless providers like Black Mountain Wireless, a microwave access provider or something like HughesNet a satellite provider.
Since you do not have an address you cannot use the tools provided by the service providers, but once you narrow it down you can go to Cox or Century Link and put in the address to see what options they offer.
* You should know that many sections of what is known as Cave Creek (homes with a CC address) are actually located in Phoenix or in unincorporated areas of Maricopa County. The Cave Creek address is for the convenience of the Post Office. Make sure you do your discovery when researching homes. It will affect your services (police, fire, water, etc.) and your property taxes.
