track of property showings, times, realtor contact info, feedback, etc. Does anyone have something like that in a .pdf or .doc??

Also, does anyone know how to convert a virtual tour into a video tour? I have a virtual tour for a property, but REALTOR.COM only lets you upload a VIDEO. I have used PICASA2 to make a movie using the virtual tour pictures, but no sound!

My office uses a showing service that does all of that for us. I'm sure it saves the owners money since they don't have to pay another staff person and allows agents to spend our time not worrying about administrative details.

I/we use showings.com or centralized showing service.

Once I enter all of the info into the system they take care of everything. $20 per listing. The seller can receive alert e-mails for feedback,showings, etc.. Also has the ability for them to log in and print reports.

Of course all of this is available for the agent as well.
