Does a seller legally have to disclose termite damage and/or termite treatment in Massachusetts? Or is it only if/when the buyer performs a termite inspection would you disclose treatment.

A seller would need to disclose termite damage and active termites. There is no reason to disclose just a treatment as many things get treated for preventative measures. I treat for ants, bugs, weeds... preventative.
