Real Estate is vast field, so need different type of professionals to deal different niches. My question is there any company other than realtor that provide online real estate certification? & What about Global Real Estate License? American Company can give license?
All states have their rules and regs towards obtaining a sales license, check there first. Most require "in class" courses before you pass the exam and receive your license. Check with your state.
Oh, you have lots and lots of niches for agents to specialize in. Just Google "real estate designations" and you'll find a host of companies offering real-time and on-line classes for a variety of specialties.
ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative
SRS - Seller Representative Specialist
CRS - Certified Resdidential Specialist
ALC - Accredited Land Consultant
CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist. Note: This does not allow you to actually BE an agent in a foreign country -- every area has it's own rules and regulations about being a real estate agent. But it does make you aware of differences around the world, and be able to better help international clientele.
MRP - Military Relocation Professional
RSPS - Resort and Second Home Property Specialist
SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist (specializes in challenges that senior citizens often have in moving/downsizing.)
CRP - Certified Relocation Professional
Some others come to mind (but I know there are more):
GRI - Graduate, REALTOR Institute
e-Pro - internet proficiency
GREEN - self-explanatory
BPOR - Broker Price Opinion Resource
AHWD - At Home With Diversity
Maybe the OP was talking about what entities other than local Boards offer certifications.
As long as the individual States and the National Association of Realtors recognize/authorize teaching of specific classes and issuance of credits, yes, other entities can offer such classes. For example, downstate New York has several.
I have granted myself the "ARP" designation.
"A Real Person." None of the others matter without a solid ARP designation.
Mike, at first I read this as AARP and I thought you were old. I know of a guy that put DMS on his credentials (Doesn't Mean S#!+)
Seriously though, in the USA, you must obtain a license to help third parties buy/sell real estate and collect a fee (unless you are an attorney or directly employed by the company buying and selling the property (i.e. a builder, developer, etc.). However, not all licensee's choose to pay dues and subscribe to the Realtor's Code of Ethics so can't call themselves Realtors.
Realtors that get additional training can obtain certifications (one time classes on a specific topic) and designations (advanced course materials that typically require annual membership renewals (except for the GRI for some reason).

I'm sure there are dozens I left off. I got tired of typing. :-)
