Inman Article on Craigslist Scammers at it again. They are getting better at scamming.

I've had this happen in the past as well where people called me to get keys for the home they rented. It's always for some insanely low rent Like a house that should be 1500/mo was offered for 500/mo. and they had to mail certified funds to an out of state address. It seems to commonly be "I had to move fast because I'm military so mail your check to me at X address to secure the property" and the would be tenant just does it. Crazy that people will be so willing to send money for something so dubious with no confirmation.
I've had to just tell them to report it to the authorities.
