We bought a home in NC last Nov with the help of a wonderful realtor . You would think that after the sale her job was done. Not so with her. We were selling our house in FL and got a buyer but we were in NC. When we knew the sale was going to close we called our NC realtor to see if she would notarize the closing papers. She said anytime anywhere. We had 4 closing dates but yesterday the title Co in FL said our buyers would close today. They called us at 11 am so we had to wait for the closing package to be e mailed to us and for us to then print it out.We called our NC agent and she said when the e mail came and the paperwork was printed just tell us where she should come. At two we got the closing e mail and called her to come over here but we needed two witnesses. Our landscaper was not around and our neighbor's were at work. She said don't worry I will get someone. Bless her heart she picked up a neighbor who lived a few blocks from us and he had been doing yard work and painting. Our landscaper came back so we were good to go. When all was finished we asked her how much do we owe her. She said nothing. Little things like that will always stick in my mind and believe me I will reccomend her and use her again if we have to move. I have nothing to say about my other realtor in FL.That should tell you how we feel about her.
All I wanted to say was the sale is never over and some realtors know this and others do not.
I didn't mean to right a book but I quess I did.
