Anyone used for sale by owner or paid a flat fee for a MLS listing?
Seller agent agreement specifics (?) when the seller has a listing price in mind yet flexible when it comes to accepting an offer. Thanks.

Actually other seller experiences and the other categories here did not seem to match. There is a thread about choosing a seller agent and comments there referred to marketing success, and other criteria sellers should take into consideration.
