Hi- I would like to get my realtor's license. I reside in NYS. Does anyone know if the hours were increased and if it is possible to take the course online in NY- in order to sit for the exam, Also- when would I need a sponsor- before taking the exam or before starting the course. Thanks so much!

no such animal as a Realtor's license. You can get a salesman's or a broker's license from the state you would like to practice in. Then you can join the local association of Realtor's and become a member.

correct term is salesperson not salesman you need a sponser to take the state exam
