PA school/county tax question (closing, disclose, new construction, taxes)

We are a week away from closing and just got our title info. There seems to be a 2,900.00 school tax listed that was never disclosed to us. We were told our taxes would be estimated at 5,000.00 on the high end. It is a new construction home so there was no previous info. The title paper shows taxes at 5,900.00 and school taxes at 2,900. Could this be correct for Milford PA? Why would this additional tax never have been disclosed to us?
