The TXREIC is a good source for just watching the emails that come thru on the daily digest. If you go to one meeting and join ($20) you'll be subscribed to the daily email. There you'll see wholesale deals and recommendations for rehab contractors. You'll get exposure to stuff.....

I am considering selling a Triplex in the Little Rock, North Little Rock, Ar area and want to deal with agents and companies who have experience in moving this type of property. My property was built for owner occupancy which makes it unique. Can any one supply up to date info on this type of Realtor.
