I'm currently internet lurking at a particular city and I keep stumbling across properties by this same agent. This agent must have 20 properties listed for sale. Most of them are "Listing Agent related to Seller". A few of them state "Listing Agent Mother of Seller".
Not sure if this matters.... but I will be a Cash Buyer. No Bank Loan necessary.
Agents are required to disclose if they are related to their client. This would be more of an issue if the agent were to offer to represent you too as a dual agent. Obviously there would be a significant conflict of interest. Get your own agent and you should be fine.
