I want these tax rates! Here in Shaker Hts, OH, a $100K home apparently has $5K-$7K ANNUAL taxes that come with it, which drastically cuts into what I can afford for a home!! I'd take $400 annually all week!!!

Your 15 year mortgage should be about what one week take home is. Worked well for me over the last 50 years.
